Welcome to the brand new, absolutely stunning, Villa Tortuga, located on a wide freshwater canal! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home is fully furnished & equipped. Stunning high ceilings, huge 72″ fireplace, all granite, stainless-steel appliances, & much more. In the huge screened-in pool area you’ll find a private electric heated pool and spa, upgraded BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table + chairs. The heated pool features two fountains and a shallow “beach area”.

Additional Details
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house. We allow pets with a $200 fee per pet. We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise/loud music. Please be especially mindful of noise between the hours of 11 pm- 7 am.
