The Space

The villa Paradiso is located at the end of a very quiet street overlooking an extra wide canal. The pool area has eastern exposure which treats you to some amazing Florida sunrises. The nearly 6,000 sq ft under air means the villa is large enough for even the biggest of families. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home is present at the house. It’s fully furnished and equipped. Plenty of bedding, pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, 11 TVs, 2 hot tubs (one on the roof), fireplace on the roof, heated pool, 3 King and 2 Queen beds, elevator, 3 car garage, fountains in the pool, and much much more. If you have questions about anything specific just ask!

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, garage, outdoor spaces, and yard. There are two locked owners’ closets. 

Additional Details

Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house or garage.

We allow pets with a $200 pet fee per pet subject to approval. 

We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise/loud music. Please be especially mindful of noise between the hours of 11 pm- 7 am.
