Beautifully decorated with a coffee bar, game room, laundry room, all stainless-steel appliances, and much more. Out by the huge screened-in pool area you’ll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, smart TV, large table and chairs. The heated pool features a shallow “beach area”. Guests have full access to the home, garage, outdoor spaces, and yard. There is a locked owners’ closet.

Guests must climb a few stairs to enter the front door.
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house or garage.
We allow pets with a $200 fee per pet.
We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise/loud music. Please be especially mindful of noise between the hours of 11 pm- 7 am.
