Why choose VacationHit to manage my property?
Rate: weekly rental rate (biweekly and monthly rates may differ). clean fee: one-time charge for professional departure cleaning, unless otherwise stated. security deposit: held in escrow. refunded in 10 business days after departure. this is a refundable deposit from which will be deducted any phone bills, cost of any damage caused, and the cost of cleaning over and above pre-set clean fee if necessary and cost of electricity if you used more than your allowance. 0.15 cent per kw/h homes without pre-set clean fees will have cleaning deducted at the rate of $160.00 and up. please note, we have to charge a $ 35.00 cleaning for the grill if necessary.
What is the estimated annual revenue of my property?
Once a property is booked with your agent, a lease with all terms of rental agreement will be mailed or faxed to you immediately. please read the lease carefully as it is a legally binding contract. sign and return with your deposit promptly as the rental is not consumated until the lease has been fully executed. your second and final payment of all remaining charges is due 30 days prior to your arrival. your copy of the lease will give you date due and amounts. we only accepting us dollars, so please remember if you send us a check.
if your booking is under 30 days from date of arrival, slightly different payment terms are necessary. please speak to one of our qualified agents for the details.
after receipt of the above confirmation, we must receive a reservation deposit of 25% of the total rental within 5 business days to hold your reservation. we would prefer that you mail us a check, money order, travellers checks, etc. in u.s. dollars.
your house or condo is confirmed as soon as vacationhit inc. receives your reservation. please note you don’t get any further written confirmation. the remaining rental amount is due 30 days before arrival in cape coral payable in cash, money order, chashier check, check, credit card, paypal or traveler checks. credit cards + paypal are also accepted but there will apply a processing fee
if the house or boat is not available for any reason a similar house in the same category will be offered.
all of the homes are privately owned; the owners & vacationhit llc are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.vacationhit llc reserves the right to terminate rental agreement immediately with no refunds if misrepresentation regarding the number of rental occupants/guests occurs. occupants must then also immediately vacate the property due to breach of contract. we are happy to work with you regarding guests but we ask that you notify us in advance for approval.
