Coral.
This
gorgeous Floridian canal home is on
a half acre that has direct access
(only six houses) to the
Caloosahatchee River. This home is
located in the Yacht Club district. It
is only one mile to the Yacht Club
with its public beach, swimming pool,
fishing pier, restaurant, playground,
shuffle board, racquet ball and tennis
courts.
We
are located within walking distance to
downtown Cape Coral and all it’s
restaurants, coffee shops, bars (only
one block to Paradise Tiki Hut Bar and
Grill (live music seven days a week),
boutiques, grocery store, drug store,
fresh fish market, etc. We are a 5
minute drive over the bridge and into
Fort Myers if you wish to do more
exploring.
This
beautiful four bedroom home has been
completely renovated using marble
travertine tile, and boasts new
tropical furniture throughout. There
is even a dining room for your elegant
entertaining. There are 3 bathrooms.
There are 4 bedrooms, two have
king-size beds, the 3rd has a queensize
bed and the 4th contains a sofa
that converts to a fold-out queen size
bed. Three of the bedrooms have
wonderfully comfortable Talolay Latex
mattresses.
Three of bedrooms have flat screen
HD LED TV’s with blue ray players.
The fourth bedroom/den has a flat
screen HD LCD TV with a blue ray
player. The family room contains
a 60 inch big screen HD LED TV with
a blue ray player and sound bar. We
have cable TV for your enjoyment as
well.
There is a large swimming pool that is
heated (15 feet by 30 feet) with a
wrap around lanai that is protected by
a screened cage. This pool is accessed
by six rooms in the home. Even some
pool toys are included.
The
kitchen that boasts stainless steel
appliances (dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, microwave and stove)
toaster,blender and coffee maker, The
fridge has a PUR water filter
dispenser to improve the taste and
quality of the water.
We
supply dishes, cookware, utensils etc.
Just like you would have at home.
**The laundry room has a top of the
line, high efficiency steam washer and
steam dryer.**

distance in North America.
You
can park you car(s) in the double
garage with automatic door opener.
The
yard is well maintained and uses an
underground sprinkler system.
There is a captain’s walk around the
boat dock, and a large sun patio
beside the canal. Manatees have been
spotted with the babies close by in
the canal as well.
