located in the extremely desirable South
Cape Coral area just minutes from the
Yacht Club, Rose Garden, and downtown Cape
Coral. It was completely remodeled in 2017
including brand new furniture in the
entire house. The Baltic Sea features 3
bedrooms + 1 den with pull
out and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8
people. The living room has a large
flat-screen TV and recliner sofas as well
as a recliner chair. In the screened-in
lanai you will find a heated pool, 6
lounge chairs, dining seating for 6 people
and a propane BBQ grill. From the lanai
you will look over the extra-wide canal
where you can see dolphins jumping from
time to time. The boat dock offers a tiki
hut where you can sit and enjoy the
amazing Florida sunsets. Lift not
available – rental boat can be docked next
