Sofort haben uns mehrere Häuser zugesagt. Nach einer spontanen Anfrage, welche Häuser für unseren vierwöchigen Aufenthalt im November noch frei sind, kam rasch eine Antwort zurück, mit einer Auflistung der verfügbaren Häusern. Eines haben wir dann schlussendlich ausgewählt. Der Kontakt mit Vacationhit war zu jeder Zeit sensationell. Die Betreuung ist der Hammer. Kurz vor unserem Urlaubsstart erhielten wir die Möglichkeit eine andere neu ins Programm aufgenommene Villa als Feriendomizil zu nutzen. Diese Möglichkeit packten wir beim Schopf. Somit verbrachten wir vier wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Turtle. Das Haus lässt keine Zweifel aufkommen. Es ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Am Kühlschrank kann man sogar Eiswürfel aus der Maschine holen. Der Pool, Whirlpool und die restliche Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch das Bootsdeck ist ganz hübsch. Zudem können die ansässigen Wasserschildkröten vom Bootsdeck aus gefüttert werden. Im Fluss wimmelt es nur so von Turtles. Auch den einen oder anderen Otter haben wir gesichtet. Das Gesammtpacket Villa Turtle stimmt einfach. In wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man diverse Einkausmöglichkeiten. Den Publix sogar zu Fuss, oder mit dem Fahrrad. Die Villa liegt aber trotzdem in einem schönen und ruhigen Quartier. Alles in Allem waren das Wundervolle vier Wochen. Ganz wichtig ist auch die supertolle Betreuung vor Ort. Bei jedem Problem wurde uns rasch und effizient geholfen. Sogar Sonntags (was nicht überall selbstverständlich ist). Vielen Dank an das Team von Vacationhit. Wir kommen wieder. The boat was just as nice and clean as the picture on your website and both of you were such a joy to work with in making our adventure on the water possible. Not always the case from my past experiences. We traveled very comfortably around the islands, finding shells, sand dollars, and even a seahorse while using our net on the shore. We also rode the waves on our rafts while anchored on Ft. Myers Beach. My daughter so loved the shower on the boat after swimming at each of our destinations. We will be sharing our great experiences with others and making sure they call on the two of you if they, too, are in need of a fun, carefree, affordable and wonderful family day!! There aren’t enough words to describe how much we enjoyed it. The house was immaculate, every piece of furniture was comfortable, and the house was so tastefully decorated. We loved it! Every morning we lounged on the upstairs deck and we ate all our meals by the pool on the spacious lanai, overlooking the canal (the weather fortunately cooperated).  The kitchen was equipped with every appliance and gadget you could ever need, and the master bathroom was luxurious. We appreciated all the little touches scattered around the house, like candles around the tub. I also have to mention that the agents at Vacation Hits were so easy to work with. The entire experience was an A+. Just wanted to drop a line and let you know we enjoyed our stay at the Mona Lisa property very much , property was very well maintained and was everything it was advertised to be and more. Weather was fantastic , except for Thursday ( rained all day ) , but we still found things to do. The pool and hot-tub were very nice , spent most afternoons pool side. Just curious on what our electric bill ended up being for the week , we had checked the meter on arrival and departure , so know the kilowatts used , just not sure exactly what the kilowatt rate is for Cape Coral. Will deposit refund mail out this week ? Thanks again for a great vacation home , will definitley keep you guys on record for future stays. P.S. Only complaint we had is Kevin wouldn't let us know where the keys to the Mercedes parked in the garage were. Ha Ha !! The sun is always in the pool area and when the day is done you are treated to a gorgeous sunset down the west side of the canal. There are some sort of flying fish in the canal to entertain you during the day and lots of birds and wildlife in the area. It is a very quiet neighborhood yet you can walk to the areas biggest supermarket, pharmacy or restaurants. We are planning to request this home again and as often as we can in the future. We can't say enough about vacation.hit as we have rented from them for years, they are great to deal with. We stayed in a Vacationhit home in Cape Coral in February 2012. The home was exactly as advertise d. It was clean and well equipped. Perhaps the best part was the customer service. House Sunflower, Cape Coral Florida We stayed 5 weeks this winter at the Sunflower Home and found it to be a beautiful home.  One day we saw an eagle perched on the neighbor's roof and got some good pictures! Fishing is good from the dock and we also saw otters swimming in the canal.  This home is decorated nicely and we would recommend it to anyone.    Judi & Dick Jacobs Elida, OH

It is situated right on a canal which is only minutes from the river and gulf. The grounds were immaculate. The flowers and plants were in full bloom and beautiful. The inside of the home is fantastic. Very tastefully decorated. The home is very well stocked with anything you might need. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. All the rooms in the house are very large and comfortable. The home is in a very nice, quiet area. Very nice homes in the area. We were very pleased with this home and the property management staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely make this a vacation spot in the future. It looks just like the picture. We had a wonderful time. There were 6 people living in one house for a week and it was like a fun house. We do plan to come back and stay in the same house.
